At Amazing Pet’s Home, we strive to ensure that every adoption experience is positive and fulfilling. However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and support to our customers:
Eligibility for Refunds
Health Concerns: If a pet is found to have a serious health issue within 14 days of adoption, with documentation from a licensed veterinarian, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Incompatibility: If the pet does not adjust well to your home environment within 14 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund or exchange, subject to an evaluation by our team.
Other Circumstances: For any other reasons, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
Refund Process
Contact Us: Reach out to us within 14 days of adoption to initiate the refund process. Provide details of your concern and any supporting documentation.
Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your request and may schedule a follow-up consultation to better understand the issue.
Return: If a refund is approved, you will need to return the pet to Amazingpetshome in good health and condition.
Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the pet’s return, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Exclusions
Non-Refundable Items: Adoption fees, initial veterinary examinations, and any additional services or products purchased are non-refundable.
Timeframe: Refund requests made after 14 days of adoption will not be eligible.
